Terms of Service

Effective: May 2026 · Version 1.0

What Recover Hospitality is

Recover Hospitality is a software service that helps employees of partner employers navigate their benefits and community resources. It is not a healthcare provider, not a crisis service, and not a replacement for professional care.

What Recover Hospitality is not

If you are in crisis

If you are experiencing a mental-health or substance-use emergency, please contact 988 (call or text) or go to your nearest emergency room. For domestic violence, the National DV Hotline is 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788.

Eligibility

The service is offered to employees of organizations that contract with Recover Hospitality. Access begins when your employer enrolls you and you confirm opt-in via SMS or web.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harm others, to impersonate anyone, or to submit unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Confidentiality between you and your employer

Your individual conversations are private from your employer. See the privacy policy for the full commitment and the safety exception that applies.
